Going through future appointments and looked up a '17 Chysler pacifica I have scheduled. I'm only seeing the 200/300 listed for 2017. Do you have an ETA?

Turning Off Heated Seats/Steering Wheel 2010 RAM

Last week, I installed an RS1-G5/EVOCHR.T4 in a 2010 RAM 3500 Diesel. All works fine, but....it's turning on his heated seats/steering wheel. It's mid 80's outside, so that's no good. I don't remember the firmware but it was whatever was recommended w/ Flash Link Manager. Is there a way to change/adjust this to monitor outside temps, or is this just an on/off situation? And if so, what do I need to turn off? Thanks.

2012 Nissan Murano. Key light on dash. Doesn't go out.

2012 Murano PTS. EVO-ALL stand alone with Crimestopper Revo RF kit. Programmed fine. Works as it should. Is it normal for light to be illuminated in this particular application, or should the light go out?

2006 Hyundai Azera Door Locks

Don't know what if any info you have on door locks for this car but....what you have listed, even though it shows - rating, do control the door locks and content alarm. Problem I'm having is once the car is running, the lock will no longer function. Since it has to be unlocked for the content alarm to shut down, this means the car is running with the doors now unlocked. Door pin, open or closed makes no difference. I am tied into the unlock detection wire which I do on virtually all newer Hyundai/Kia vehicles. Any idea? I've back probed every wire in the door and the only 3 that work are the ones listed anyway...

EVO-ALL - DIESEL OPTION. Purpose?

Just did an EVO in a 16 RAM diesel. Checked the "diesel" option out of curiosity. Seems to start just like any other vehicle would. I assumed there would be a delay. What does the diesel option, when checked, do exactly?

Mitsubishi. Guide# 12601. Parking Lights.

The guide shows wiring into the hazard/turn signals (green & purple) instead of the actual parking light wires (yellow & pink). Any particular reason why this change was made?

Toyota "H" key crank/no start. Possible solution.

I'm mentioning this here as I've seen others post similar questions about the H key and a crank/no start situation. I've run into this now, for the second time on a 2015 Rav4. I've been doing some testing on this particular car, and when following your guide #31741, it shows no accessory hookup needed. And in this fashion, I get the crank but no start with repeatable results. After connecting the accessory from the r.s. to the red accessory wire at pin #7 at the ign. switch, the car starts, with repeatable results. I was told it was due to a timing issue previously between the starter and the vehicle. Don't know if there's anything to this, but passing along the info. I've called and talked with someone there in the past about this situation, and just thought I'd post to hear your thoughts since I'm time limited today.

2013 F-150, EVO-ALL hang up

I've never had this issue with one of these trucks before. 2013 F-150. Crimestopper LC R.S., EVO-ALL (71.28) & THAR-FOR1. Step 8 of programming, just hangs up. Red/Blue lights never flash, just remain on. Tried programming key bypass seperatley still with no luck...

Fortin module for BCM wakeup in 2012 RAM?

Customer wanted a keypad keyless entry system on his 12 RAM to mimic the one on his previous Ford truck. Installed one, but after the vehicle sits for 20-30 mins. it won't unlock until waking up the BCM with the factory remote. (lock/unlock wires are routed directly into pass. door switch) which of course is a problem since the idea is leaving your keys in the vehicle. Anyway, suggestions? I was thinking maybe I could somehow wire in one of your modules to send a wakeup pulse to the BCM before keyless? Is this a plausible idea, or no?

AC shows on, but no compressor, 2013 Altima

2013 Altima. Light on AC dial lights up under R.S. indicating its on, but the compressor doesn't kick on until the PTS button is tapped twice. Diagram shows (2) accessories, but only (1) ignition. I'm assuming this car has a 2nd. ign. that also has to be powered up to get the compressor to turn on (digging into it now) even though one isn't shown.

Which kind of leads me to my question. EVO-ALL with 72.18. I noticed there is a 72.19 download available. What does this change? (anything AC related, perhaps?)

 

Just wanted to get your thoughts as it might save me some time today.

 

ETA: I just took it apart and looked at everything. There are (2) accessory wires hooked up, as well as (2) ignition's. Matches guide# 7571 wire for wire. So what else is missing here?

Info screen on 2013 Kia Optima PTS with EVO-ONE doesn't always turn on

Back on 3/11, I installed an EVO-ONE utilizing the OEM remote on a 2013 Kia Optima PTS. The customer had emailed me back everything was working as expected. I now just have received an email regarding his info screen does not always come on over this past week. One time also after key takeover, the screen didn't come on and the green key light came on, on the dash board. Seems to be an intermiitant thing. I'm not sure what firmware the unit has in it, as the customer lives quite a bit away from me, but do you have any ideas? Everything else has been working as intended, just the info screen doesn't always light up.

2013 Kia Optima PTS & Evo-One. Can't get car to start.

Firmware 76.17. Wiring all matched up. Cut the yellow loop. Module programmed as per instructions. I enabled D2 and D6. Changed function 11 to mode 4, and function 38 to mode 2. I've not yet used an Evo-One, so I'm sure its something on my end. This customer wanted to use his oem key fob, so I thought I'd try one out. Seems like a cool piece, just need to learn the ins/ous of these.

Transponder Loop For Evo-All Availability

Does Fortin have a plug in loop I can use for key bypass on the Evo-All? I always end up cutting the end off a loop from a universal bypass and using it together with LED wiring to make my loops up, and end up tossing the universal bypass. (the loops they come with, the wire gauge is too big and doesn't work)

2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Won't Come Out Of Park During Key Takeover

2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Crimestopper RS1-G5, EVO-ALL & THAR-CHR4. Everything works and programmed as it should. If performing key takeover, shifter will not move from park. Shut R.S. off first, and it works fine. Customer has not come back in yet as I haven't had time to look at it yet. (So I don't recall the firmware version, but I think I used the minimum stated, 4.09) I *think* I ran into this before, but was quite some time ago and don't remember a cure. Thoughts?

2013 Ford Fusion PTS

I know due to the 128-bit key encription, there isn't yet available a transponder bypass module for this car. However, for the PTS cars, is there still software avaiable for the CAN that will control everything I need and just use an additional key for transponder bypass? (alarm, simulated brake press, etc) Or is it not that simple. Seems I could do this with the regular key just fine, but not sure about the PTS. Thanks.
